just follow these steps:
1) Open your fb account and then go to settings.

2) Click general→ Email.

3) Disable Facebook email address.

4) Then send msg to your victim.
( Whose email you want to know )

5) Now open your Gmail account.

6) Click on inbox then click on contacts.

7) Now it will show recently contacted users..

8) Now click on victim's email link then his/her email address will be shown to you...
